Apply data to eSIM profile
Ensure data is applied to your Ubigi eSIM profile.
Check APN configuration
Ensure that the APN is correctly set for your Ubigi connectivty.
Check network display
Check the network status for your Ubigi connectivity.
Check account creation and Internet access.
At this step, turn ON flight mode for 5 secondes and turn it OFF. This action will refresh the network connection from your device.
Once you are connected to the network, you will see a network icon appear on the bottom line.
If you see a network icon with 1 to full bars, go to the next step. If the network does not appear (or it displays a sphere) please follow instructions here to select a network manually.
Once the network is displayed, go to the next step.
NB: In case you still have no network bars displayed even after the manual selection, please contact our Customer Support for further help and provide the ICCID of your eSIM profile (you’ll find it in Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile > eSIM profiles > click on your Ubigi eSIM profile > ICCID will be displayed (it begins with 8988…)).
