Now apply Mobile data to your Ubigi eSIM profile:

Go to: Start > Settings > Networks & Internet > Cellular (or Mobile). In the drop-down menu at the top, choose the SIM corresponding to your Ubigi eSIM profile to make sure you have selected the right one, you will see the name Ubigi displayed right under Connection settings with the cellular network bars.

Make sure that Roam is set on the Data roaming options:

Go to: Start > Settings > Networks & Internet > Cellular (or Mobile). On that same page on the Data roaming options field, select Roam in the drop-down menu.

Important: if you have carefully followed previous steps, your Ubigi eSIM profile is now used for the cellular data connection (and NOT your physical SIM card if you have one). This means that you won’t have extra roaming costs as Ubigi rates will be applied while using the Ubigi cellular connectivity. In any case, always ensure that your Ubigi eSIM profile is selected for cellular data to avoid extra roaming costs while abroad.

Great coverage

Great coverage, no issues with it once it connected but it did take a little while to connect and provide internet that first time. I was on a train traveling and maybe the signal was not good enough to initially connect and set up. Once in Munich it was fine.

Great connectivity everywhere I travel!

Honestly

Honestly, I am not satisfied with the service. I even considered giving it only three stars. When there is a signal, everything works fine, but it seems that a large part of London is not properly covered. Today, I was without an internet connection for almost two hours while walking around the London Eye and Big Ben. In the 21st century, this is simply unacceptable for a mobile service provider, especially in such a central part of London. As I am planning to use your service again in Italy and France in a few weeks, please check what is causing these coverage and signal-quality issues. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S25 that is approximately one and a half years old, and I am completely certain that the phone is not the problem. As soon as I disabled the eSIM and switched mobile data to my regular SIM card in roaming, everything started working normally.

I use Ubigi as a backup line in the United States. The price is great, and the service has worked when I needed it. I needed to contact support once and they responded within minutes and resolved my issue.

Great Service

The great part of this experience is the data transmissions. What I would recommend that be added is a calling/data package together, since a lot of people will not have a calling plan and it's easier to bundle everything and make it a one-stop-shop experience.
