Great option for travel...
Has worked well for me in multiple countries. Great option for travel, and pretty cost effective. Had some connectivity issues in one destination and customer service was able to quickly help me fix them.

New to Esim
When I turned off my home sim and turned on roaming at my destination the esim turned on no issues at all.
Will use again.
Thanks

It's good
It's good. No issues. But I've not seen it hit 5G once so far between Narita, Tokyo Station, Maihama or in Nagoya. So 5G/4G is very generous. I'd rather it be advertised as 4G to set the expectations with the small possibility of 5G as a bonus.
But worked as described on arrival in Japan and was pretty easy to setup. One annoyance is that my normal plan is also an eSIM and I can't use both concurrently but maybe that's just a me problem. So, if I want to check messages and calls (as Ubigi is data only) then I have to switch back and forth.
Coverage has also been good so far ht haven't been many places yet

Convenience and reliability
Very reliable connection in different countries, even in China. There are different convenient options for travel and everyday use, relatively cheap compared to what local companies provide.

Incredibly easy to set up
Incredibly easy to set up. Fast as speeds. Never once lost connection. Absolute must when riding the train and tube network in Japan. Beats Australias Telstra network hands down.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
If you choose to add a new one, the current plan will be removed. What would you like to do?
