Yes. Ubigi eSIM is a data-only service. It does not affect your WhatsApp number, which stays the same, and you can continue using WhatsApp over your data connection.

Highly recommended for Turkey
I went to Turkey for a few days (Istanbul to be exact). I bought the 10GB eSim from Ubigi for one week. I never had an issue of connectivity or something else, the speed was very good. It's a pity I didn't have much time to spend the whole 10 GB package I bought.

Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
