A little apprehensive at first
A little apprehensive at first. Didn’t quite know if it was using my international roaming on my primary sim or not. More reassurance about that would be good. Someone sent me a text from Australia on my primary sim, I didn’t know if I could respond or not. Thought it might automatically turn my international roaming on and start charging me. I still don’t quite know. Guess I’ll find out when I get back to Australia on 26th!!

Amazing service and great plan flexibility
I accidentally ordered the wrong eSIM pack initially and couldn’t use it on my phone. The customer service teams assistance was very helpful and they quickly arranged for a refund to be processed so I could purchase the correct plan. The new plan I have works perfectly and it will last the whole month travelling across multiple countries in Europe and is great value for money. 10/10 would recommend!

No Internet Connection for 30 Mins
We couldn't get Internet service for over 30 minutes on both our Pixel 9 phones once crossing into the USA. We switched from our physical sims to the ubigi sims immediately after entering the USA. We got an LTE connection right away but no Internet connection for over half an hour. This has never happened before with ubigi. Something definitely wasn't right with the service. In the ubigi app our sims showed as TURNED OFF even though they were fully activated in the phone settings as instructed. This was stressful as we needed Internet access for mapping assistance.
