So far so good
So far, I am very pleased with Ubigi's service in the USA. At this point I have several eSIMS (laptop, WAN router, and data for phone).
I particularly like how you can use an eSIM with no active data plan to access Ubigi's website to purchase another data plan. Saves me the hassle of having to tether to another device.
My only criticism so far is that, since I have several eSIMs, I need to have a separate account for each one. Hopefully, the will change this at some point.

My Trip to Spain Was Very Smooth, and Support Is a Must-Have!
I had a very smooth experience using the Ubigi eSIM during my trip to Spain. The setup was easy, and I had reliable internet throughout my journey, which made navigating, booking tickets, and staying connected much more convenient.
What impressed me the most was how hassle-free the overall experience was. Everything worked as expected, and having mobile data available as soon as I needed it gave me great peace of mind while traveling.

Not as easy to set up when we arrived at destination as the adds said. Otherwise good system would use it again on next trip.

great reliable easy service
Unlike another company I used last year in Germany this did not disconnect all the time, making it hard to find directions on my cell phone and to contact Google AI throughout Berlin. Connection was reliable and clear and the process of installing and managing was easy andinconvenient.

설정 > 일반 > 정보로 이동 통신사 잠금 항목까지 스크롤. → “SIM 제한 없음”이 표시되면 기기는 잠금 해제 상태입니다.
