Easy to setup and mobile signal was good. Simple to top up and you can even top up if you’ve already run out of data. Did not give full rating as its a little pricey but for the quality of the calls, it is worth it

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. Easy purchase and installation, good connection even at rural areas in Japan. However, I wished that the reminder to prompt exhaustion or end of data usage could be delivered via direct notification from app rather than email as it would be too late to renew it as there the phone is already cut off from any connections. Fortunately I am able to use my friend’s hotspot to purchase another package.

It works amazingly
It works amazingly. However. We had to do some risky public WiFi connections to figure out what was wrong with our connection as it didnt work off the bat like intended

Great experience
Great experience! Worked even in the mountains and steep hills of Hakone!!! Only place it struggled was the deep subways which is to be expected. Would recommend to anyone!

Worked Well!
This is my 2nd time using Ubigi, this time in Italy. I initially had problems setting it up after buying it through the app, but the customer service team was able to help me troubleshoot and then send me a QR code to activate my eSIM. it worked great for the rest of my trip!

eSIM 호환성 확인

스마트폰 및 셀룰러 태블릿:

(*#06#)을 누르세요. EID 번호가 표시되면, 기기는 eSIM을 지원합니다.

노트북 (Windows 10/11):

오른쪽 하단의 빠른 설정 을 여세요. 셀룰러 설정 이 보이면, 노트북이 eSIM을 지원하는 것입니다.

통신사 잠금 해제 여부 확인

iOS에서:

설정 > 일반 > 정보 > 통신사 잠금(Carrier Lock)으로 이동하세요. "SIM 제한 없음" 이라고 표시되면, 기기가 잠금 해제된 상태입니다.

Android에서:

설정 > 네트워크 및 인터넷 > 모바일 네트워크로 이동하세요. 자동 네트워크 선택을 끄세요. 여러 개의 네트워크가 보이면, 기기는 잠금 해제된 것입니다. 하나만 보이거나 오류가 발생하면, 잠겨 있을 수 있습니다.

장바구니에 이미 eSIM이 있습니다.

각 주문에는 하나의 eSIM 데이터 요금제만 포함될 수 있습니다.

새로운 요금제를 추가하면, 기존 요금제는 삭제됩니다. 어떻게 하시겠습니까?
