Make the most of the eSIM feature of your Windows 10 device: install the eSIM, add a new data plan and get connected instantly!

View list of eSIM compatible Windows devices

If your Microsoft Windows 10 device has a Ubigi eSIM already preinstalled, go directly to the step Create your Ubigi account

Open the network flyout
Make sure Cellular option is active

Click on “Cellular network icon”

Then click on “Connect with a data plan”

The Mobile Plans app will open and display the available carriers in your area

Click on “Ubigi”

Click on “Get connectivity”

Click on “Get my free profile”

Fill in the simple information form

Click on “Install my eSIM profile”

Great service. Be careful about apps though, especially ones that run in background, and news apps, with videos, they hog a lot of the allotted capacity.

Will always recommend

This is my second eSIM purchase with Ubigi and I was more than satisfied! We traveled in 3 countries in Asia ( Japan, HK and Bali) and had more than enough data for the 3 weeks of our trip :) I didn't have any issues with the internet and the signal was always good. Definitely recommend!

While in Japan

While in Japan, this eSim worked great. I prepped before my flight over, and once I was on the plane, I went ahead and activated it. So easy! When I arrived, my connection and signal were strong! I used Google Maps and Translate quite often for a 2 week trip. With that said, I actually topped up after one week. I was able to do so easily. I will say this is pretty straightforward. For folks that do not understand their personal phone plans and how data / Wifi work, I would call your provider to verify. I actually turned off my T-Mobile Sim while using Ubigi just to avoid calls and accidentally answering them (international charges). I only turned on my T-Mobile sim temporarily for any MFA via text (like for online banking). Any calls while being in Japan were done on Ubigi data or WiFi via WhatsApp. Highly recommend for use in Japan!
