First, check if the Ubigi eSIM profile is installed on your iPhone
Go to: SETTINGS > MOBILE DATA > under DATA PLANS: installed eSIM profile will appear as “Secondary” (or the name you renamed it).
NB: the Default Line Voice field should always be your “primary” line as it corresponds to the physical SIM card if you have one
If your eSIM profile is already installed, go to the next step.
Otherwise, open the Ubigi app on your device. If the following button is displayed:
“MOBILE DATA IN MY DEVICE”
Click on it and follow the steps to complete the installation.
Once the profile is installed, go to the next step.
