Satın alma işleminiz tamamlandığında, doğrudan Ubigi hesabınızdaki “Siparişler” sekmesi altındaki satın alma geçmişinde görünecektir. Buna erişmek için lütfen aşağıdaki bölümdeki adımları izleyin: Ubigi satın alma geçmişimi nerede bulabilirim?
Ayrıca satın alma işleminizden sonra bizden otomatik olarak e-posta ile bir ödeme bileti alacaksınız. Bu ödeme bileti, kayıtlarınız için ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz bilgileri (işlemin tutarı, tarihi ve saati, ödeme referansı vb.) gösterecektir.”
Not: Ödeme bileti, satın alma sırasında noreply@ubigi.com e-posta adresinden size e-posta ile gönderilecektir. E-postayı bulamazsanız, önemsiz e-posta klasörüne atılmış olabilir, bu nedenle lütfen kontrol edin.
KDV ayrıntısı veya adınız/şirketinizin adı ve adresini içeren bir faturaya ihtiyacınız varsa, fatura talebinizi Müşteri Hizmetlerimize göndermek için buradaki formu doldurun. Lütfen eklenmesini istediğiniz bilgileri taleplerinizde kesin olarak belirtin.

The connection was not immediate
The connection was not immediate. My friend with another brand was able to connect first at the airport. Mine maybe another 10-15min later after I tried to configure the access point name (trying to troubleshoot by googling). In the end Im also not sure if that helped. But once it is connected, everything went well, no hiccup, no complaint.

Ubigi has been a great discovery. Using the app makes for ease in purchasing an eSIM package. User friendly set up. Plus 5G service is reliable and quick. Highly Recommended!

eSIM easy and effective
The eSIM was easy to buy and install. Clear instructions on their website.
Most importantly, the data plan worked well while I was visiting Spain. I had signal everywhere I went in Madrid and Barcelona.

I organised an Ubigi esim prior to leaving Australia. It appears to be working well in Japan. However my friend who only installed her esim in Japan has had nothing but issues. It would be nice if we could phone a person to get it sorted. She has an iphone, whereas mine is Android. I'm a first time user and somewhat technically challenged.

Worked well, just remember to do a restart
This was my first e-sim experience as Ubigi was a good value choice for Morocco. Everything was straightforward except there is a restart step I wasn't aware of which meant the e-sim couldn't be selected when I first landed in Morocco. Took me an hour to figure out but once sorted the service worked perfectly.

The esim was easy to buy and activate through the app. As soon as I landed I had internet connection, which has been working nicely for the whole trip. I will use ubigi again when I'll travel out of my home country.

Excellent and inexpensive
I normally do not leave reviews on Trustpilot because I don’t trust them. Maybe they will not delete this since it is positive review. : I have used an eSIM one time and it was awful. I tried this eSIM because (1) Verizon international service had gone to $13 a day. (2) This eSIM had positive reviews on real review sites. The have an easy system that automatically starts when you arrive at your destination. Set up is so easy and they have good instructions with pictures on how to set up your phone. Basically if you can put your phone in airplane mode you can set it up with this company. Regarding service it was excellent when used in Greece and Turkey. Regarding future trips; I will only use this provider.
