Once your purchase is done, it will appear directly in the purchase history on your Ubigi account under the “Orders” tab. To access it, please follow the steps on the section below:

You will also receive automatically a payment ticket from us by email after your purchase. This payment ticket will show information that you may need for your records (the amount of the transaction, its date and time, the payment reference, etc.).”
NB: The payment ticket will be emailed to you at the time of purchase from email address firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cannot find the email, it may have been sorted to the junk email folder, so please check it.
