How to get an invoice for my Ubigi data plan purchase?
Once your purchase is done, it will appear directly in the purchase history on your Ubigi account under the “Orders” tab. To access it, please follow the steps on the section below: Where can I find my Ubigi purchase history?
You will also automatically receive a payment receipt from us by email after your purchase. This receipt contains information you may need for your records, such as the transaction amount, date and time, payment reference, and more.
Note: The payment receipt is sent at the time of purchase from the email address noreply@ubigi.com. If you cannot find it, please check your junk or spam folder.
If you need an invoice with VAT details, or including your name/company name and address, please fill in the form here to send your invoice request to our Customer Service. Be sure to specify the information you want included in the invoice.

The service was great most of the time
The service was great most of the time and I had no issues using Google or watching videos. The service did go out one day on my 11 day trip and during that day the service was on and off. It seems like it map have been a one off issue and Ubigi did send out an email offering a discount on the next time I use the service. I would use again.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
