Sekarang pastikan pilihan Roaming Data diaktifkan pada peranti anda.

Penting: jika anda telah mengikuti langkah-langkah sebelumnya dengan teliti, data mudah alih mesti diaktifkan pada profil eSIM Ubigi anda (dan BUKAN pada kad SIM fizikal anda jika anda mempunyai satu). Ini bermakna anda tidak akan dikenakan kos merantau tambahan kerana hanya kadar Ubigi akan digunakan semasa menggunakan sambungan selular Ubigi. Dalam apa jua keadaan, sentiasa pastikan data mudah alih telah digunakan pada profil eSIM Ubigi anda untuk mengelakkan kos merantau tambahan semasa berada di luar negara.

Setelah anda memastikan anda telah mengaktifkan data mudah alih pada profil eSIM Ubigi anda, pergi ke: Tetapan > Sambungan > Rangkaian Mudah Alih > Aktifkan data merantau.

Pada skrin yang sama, pilih Nama Titik Akses untuk memeriksa sama ada APN (Nama Titik Akses) telah ditetapkan:

APN biasanya ditetapkan secara automatik: mobiledata atau mbb akan muncul dalam senarai. Dalam kes ini, anda boleh meneruskan ke langkah seterusnya.

Sekiranya anda tidak melihat APN mobiledata atau mbb, sila ikuti arahan ini untuk menetapkan APN dengan betul. Setelah anda mencipta dan memilih APN, anda boleh meneruskan ke langkah seterusnya.

Worked well!!

Sizzling fast service now available in southern Greece

Having been a previous Ubigi customer using their service in Greece, I was unhappy with the slow, flaky internet available in the Peloponnese area. Now a few years later after returning here, I decided to try it again. The cell tower they are using has been upgraded to 5G and it is sizzling fast. I measured 480 Mbps download speed. Astounding! Thanks for upgrading me to a real internet service.

Slight issue in the start, otherwise stellar service.

Had zero issues other than the startup, perfect connection for two weeks, even on top of a mountain. Make sure you pre-install the eSIM in your origin, critically DISABLE your local SIM before boarding, and in Haneda (Japan) there's no point to try and connect to it while still in the plane due to local infrastructure, wait until you're in the terminal to connect.
