First, check if the Ubigi eSIM profile is installed on your device.
Go to: Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > under eSIMs: You’ll see there the installed eSIM profile appear.
If your eSIM profile is already installed, go to step 2. If no eSIM profile is installed, go to the next step.
Open the Ubigi app on your device. If the following button is displayed:
“Mobile data in my device”
Click on it and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Once the profile is installed, go to the next step.
“Create my ubigi account”
Please contact our Customer Service and provide the EID of your device (you’ll find it in Settings > General > Information > EID) in order to resolve the issue.
