Good reception in Hokkaido, Japan…

We were in Hokkaido and received good reception 90% of the time. Google Map is still slow and not fast and accurate enough but I think part of it is Google Map problem we experienced at home too. Otherwise I’m able to send and receive texts and pictures well. Thank you Ubigi. Would definitely purchase again for Japan trips.

Great

Immediate, reliable, affordable. It would be amazing if the credit could be reused, at least in part, when changing country. Air France's horrible service sent me to another country unexpectedly for half day, and I had plenty of credit for the country I was in but couldn't let my family know I was OK without wasting 5$ for a few hours.

Excellent coverage everywhere/USA

The pricing was reasonable. The clear directions helped me activate my eSIM which I bought while traveling in USA. The eSIM generally worked well throughout my trip. Excellent coverage everywhere. I would definitely use Ubigi again.
