Self Assistance - eSIM Włączanie danych

Dane mobilne muszą być zastosowane do profilu Ubigi eSIM, aby można było uzyskać dostęp do Internetu.

Aby to zrobić, przejdź do:
Ustawienia > Połączenia > Menedżer kart SIM. W sekcji „Preferowane karty SIM” dotknij opcji Dane mobilne i wybierz profil eSIM, do którego chcesz zastosować dane.

Our eSIM works just fine

Our eSIM works just fine. Only issue we had was it did not start sutomaticslly. We had to go into the cellular setting on our phone and make the eSIM the primary. It would have been nice if it had been named Ubigi rather the cryptic Travel-transatel. But once setup it works well.

Worked well in large and small communities in Japan

Used Ubigi eSIM on a circle Japan cruise and it worked in every port of call. Trustworthy eSIM

Worked perfectly in Tokyo

In Tokyo, everything worked perfectly from the moment I arrived at the airport. I didn't have any problems with the connection or anything else at any point. Uploading and downloading (WhatsApp) went smoothly, and a call (WhatsApp) worked perfectly for about 45 minutes. After that, the connection dropped - I don’t know what caused it, so I wouldn’t automatically assume it was a problem with Ubigi. I just thought I could use one account to buy data plans for different phones, and ended up with two plans for one phone. I also bought way too much data overall. In two weeks, I used less than 7 GB due to Wi-Fi auto connect almost everywhere in the city. I would definitely recommend Ubigi and will certainly use the service again.

Patchy coverage

Parts of Vancouver, in Burnaby had poor coverage. Also along parts of icefields parkway in Alberta had no coverage whereas other phones did.
