Pertama, hidupkan “mod penerbangan” selama 5 saat dan matikan semula. Tindakan ini akan menyegarkan sambungan rangkaian pada peranti anda.

NB: untuk mengakses butang mod penerbangan, paparkan halaman pintasan dengan menyapu dari atas skrin ke bawah.

Setelah mod penerbangan dimatikan, anda biasanya akan melihat 1 atau 2 rangkaian muncul:

Rangkaian yang mempunyai 4G/5G di hadapannya sentiasa adalah eSIM/kad SIM yang anda aktifkan data:
Jika anda mengikuti semua arahan sebelum ini dengan teliti, rangkaian ini sepatutnya adalah rangkaian eSIM Ubigi anda.

NB: untuk mengakses butang mod pesawat, paparkan halaman pintasan dengan menyeret dari bahagian atas skrin anda ke bawah.

Mari kita fokus pada isyarat rangkaian dengan ikon 4G/5G di hadapan yang mewakili sambungan eSIM/selular Ubigi anda:

– Jika anda mempunyai antara 1 hingga penuh bar isyarat, ini bermakna anda telah bersambung ke rangkaian. Bagus! Anda kini boleh meneruskan ke langkah seterusnya.

– Jika semua bar isyarat berwarna kelabu, sila ikuti arahan ini untuk memilih rangkaian secara manual. Setelah anda mempunyai 1 hingga penuh bar isyarat dipaparkan, anda boleh meneruskan ke langkah seterusnya.

NB: Sekiranya anda masih tidak melihat bar rangkaian dipaparkan walaupun selepas pemilihan manual, sila hubungi Sokongan Pelanggan kami untuk bantuan lanjut dan berikan ICCID profil eSIM anda.

Installation and activation was smooth…

Installation and activation was smooth and easy. Excellent coverage eherever we have been in Japan. The only issue( not really an issue because the service worked perfectly ) an issue was my App for a week kept indicating the ESIM was not connected. But It was truely connected and the App was tracking daily useage accurately. After a week the app connectoon status undated to be correct.
