When you try to make a purchase, you can rectify your choice before doing the payment.
If you already processed the payment and realized that you chose the wrong data plan, contact our customer service immediately by enclosing the payment ticket you received by email for that « wrong » data plan.
Please note that if the data plan has been used (even partially), the change will not be possible.
In any other cases, the refund of Ubigi purchased data plans is not possible.
NB:
The payment ticket will be emailed to you at the time of purchase from email address noreply@ubigi.com.
If you cannot find the email, it may have been sorted to the junk email folder, so please check it.
