I purchased the wrong data plan and did not use it, how can I change it?
When you try to make a purchase, you can rectify your choice before doing the payment.
If you already processed the payment and realized that you chose the wrong data plan, contact our customer service immediately by enclosing the payment ticket you received by email for that « wrong » data plan.
Please note that if the data plan has been used (even partially), the change will not be possible.
In any other cases, the refund of Ubigi purchased data plans is not possible.
NB: The payment ticket will be emailed to you at the time of purchase from email address noreply@ubigi.com. If you cannot find the email, it may have been sorted to the junk email folder, so please check it.

Very convenient

Ubigi was new to me but easy to use
Ubigi was new to me. I came across it while researching my holiday to Japan and china. I found it very easy and straightforward to download before my holiday and just as easy to switch to the e-sim on arrival in Asia. Network access has been excellent throughout my time in Asia with Ubigi.

The eSIM was really easy to sign up and then the setup for the phone was equally simple.
In 5 minutes I was back to roaming status in Japan.
When I'm back in Japan, I will reinstate the Ubigi eSIM by taking out a new data package.

How to check if a device is ready for eSIM?
Check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones & Cellular Tablets:
Dial (*#06#). If an EID number shows, your device supports eSIM!
Laptops (Windows 10/11):
Open your flyout (bottom-right corner). If Cellular settings are visible, your laptop supports eSIM!
Check Carrier Unlock
On iOS:
Go to Settings > General > About, scroll to Carrier Lock. If it says "No SIM restrictions", your device is unlocked!
On Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network, turn off Auto network selection. If you see multiple available networks, your device is unlocked! If only one appears, or you get an error, it may be locked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
