I purchased the wrong data plan and did not use it, how can I change it?
When making a purchase, you can review and correct your choice before completing the payment.
If you have already completed the payment and realize that you selected the wrong data plan, contact our customer service immediately. Please enclose the payment receipt you received by email for the incorrect data plan.
If you cannot find the payment receipt email, you can still contact us, but you must provide the email address used for the purchase and the exact description of the data plan.
Please note: Refunds are only possible for unused data plans. If the data plan has been used, even partially, a change or refund will not be possible.
In all other cases, refunds of purchased Ubigi data plans are not possible.
Note: The payment receipt is sent at the time of purchase from the email address noreply@ubigi.com. If you cannot find it, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
