Hur kan jag inaktivera min Ubigi eSIM-profil på min iPhone när jag reser eller när jag inte använder den?
Så här inaktiverar du tillfälligt ditt Ubigi eSIM:
1 – Gå till Inställningar > Mobildata och välj sedan din Ubigi eSIM-profil (eller ”Sekundär” om du inte har bytt namn på profilen ännu).
2 – Stäng av reglaget bredvid ”Aktivera denna linje” för att inaktivera profilen (reglaget blir då grått). Din eSIM-profil är nu inaktiverad.

Vi rekommenderar att du inte raderar ditt Ubigi eSIM när du reser eller när du inte använder det. Du kan helt enkelt inaktivera och återaktivera det enligt beskrivningen ovan när du behöver det igen.

Very easy to shop
Very easy to shop. Installation of the eSIM was a breeze. The unlimited hotspot was great for sharing with another traveler. The Ubigi app conveniently tracks your data usage and allows you to top up. Overall, I am very happy.
The following issue is likely not Ubigi's problem but my iPhone 16 still had a tendency to use a tiny amount of data (i.e. 0.01 MB) on my regular eSIM. This is apparently a quirk of iPhones. My main eSIM charges a daily flat fee for ANY international data usage. If you don't need to make/receive calls or texts and you want to avoid these charges, you should turn off your regular eSIM. Otherwise, be sure to properly set up your iPhone to minimize these data leaks. This includes turning off Cellular Data Switching, data roaming on the primary eSIM, live voicemail and MMS. You should consider REMOVING the daily charge on your primary eSIM and pay ala carte fees because you may end up paying less.
The Ubigi FAQ does cover roaming charges, but it could provide more specific details about how to set up iPhones to minimize them.

Had no problems whatsoever using this service. My friends who used another provider had a lot of issues with calling and texting, but I didn’t run into any! It was a great experience and I will use it again when I travel internationally.

First time user
Easy to install esim. This was our first time using one. Worked great for us. My wife kept her phone in airplane mode and connected to my phone via a wifi hotspot and was able to talk to our grandchildren while I could use Google Maps to be in navigate on our trip. We were in Morocco and the coverage was great.

Tryck på Windows+I. Gå till ”Nätverk och internet” → Om du ser "Mobilnät" är din dator kompatibel med eSIM.
Så kontrollerar du om operatörslåset är borttaget
iPhone / iPad:
Gå till Inställningar > Allmänt > Om. Skrolla ner till Operatörslås. → Om det står ”Inga SIM-begränsningar” är din enhet olåst.
Android:
Gå till Inställningar > Nätverk och internet > Mobilnät. Inaktivera Automatiskt nätverksval. → Om flera nätverk visas är din enhet olåst.

Varje beställning kan endast innehålla en eSIM-surfplatta.
