Self Assistance - eSIM Switch on data for Windows 10

Make sure that Roam is set on the Data roaming options field:

Go to: Start > Settings > Networks & Internet > Cellular. In the field “Data roaming options”, choose Roam.

WARNING: if you have carefully followed previous steps, your Ubigi eSIM profile is now used for the cellular data connection (and NOT your physical SIM card if you have one, or any other eSIM profile). This means that you won’t have extra roaming costs as Ubigi rates will be applied while using the Ubigi cellular connectivity. In any case, always ensure that your Ubigi eSIM profile is selected for cellular data to avoid extra roaming costs while abroad.

Seamless transaction for my Apple…

Seamless transaction for my Apple device. For Android, however, I failed to receive a QR after my transaction and had to email support a couple of times with redundant back and forth of the same information I have already given on my first email. Ended up arriving on my destination country without that data I paid for for a day. CS does reply fast, but the redundant email still makes this a bad experience. Hopefully it won't be like this next time.

Good service, could be better

Used the eSIM during my trip to Japan and Singapore. In Japan, everything was smooth since I moved only to Tokyo city. In Singapore, I often had a very weak internet signal (LTE). For the rest, UBIGI is a great provider.
