I had a really good experience with your eSIM during my trip to Portugal. Overall, It was easy to set up, the internet worked great, and I had a reliable connection wherever I went. It made getting around, using Google Maps, and staying in touch with family and friends so much easier. No issues at all during my trip. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal!

Seamless and simple
So simple. Once you have the app and you have the eSIM on your phone you are sorted for every time you are abroad. Choose the country you are travelling to. Choose dates and plan. When you land turn of your ‘normal SIM’ turn on your Ubigi one and it’s instantaneous.

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
