First, check if the Ubigi eSIM profile is installed on your iPad.
Go to: Settings > Mobile data > under MOBILE PLANS: installed eSIM profile will appear as Ubigi or Transatel*
*Ubigi is a Transatel-NTT service.
If your eSIM profile is already installed, go to the next step.
Otherwise, open the Ubigi app on your device. If the following button is displayed:
“MOBILE DATA IN MY DEVICE”
Click on it and follow the steps to complete the installation. Once the profile is installed, go to the next step.
“CREATE MY ACCOUNT” Please contact our Customer Service for further help and provide your device EID. (SETTINGS > GENERAL > INFORMATION > EID).
