Do I get a confirmation email for my Ubigi eSIM profile order?
Yes, once your Ubigi order is completed and the payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you purchase your eSIM through the website, the email will include a QR code to install your eSIM profile and a “Sign up” button to create your Ubigi account and link your eSIM.
If you purchase through the Ubigi app, you will still receive a payment receipt and confirmation email, but no QR code is needed, as you can install the eSIM directly via the app.
Note: If you do not receive the email, please: – Check your SPAM/junk folder. – Verify that you entered your email address correctly during the order process. – Ensure you are using an internet connection that allows emails to be downloaded (e.g., a Wi-Fi connection).

Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
