I bought a Ubigi eSIM profile but I lost my phone. What should I do with the eSIM profile?
The QR code you received to install your Ubigi eSIM profile must be activated within 6 months after your purchase. This means that if you lose your phone before having scanned it, you can still complete the installation later with your new/another eSIM compatible device.

Costa Rica
My wife and I both used a 10g eSIM while in Costa Rica. Mine used Transatel as the provider and hers used Liberty. Both had good service most of the time ( because of CRs topography) but mine was more consistent. I’m unsure why there were two different providers when we both bought the same packages. Overall, very good.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
