We advise you to purchase your Ubigi data plan the day before or a few hours before your departure to ensure that you have an Internet connection available immediately upon your arrival at your destination.
NB: if you have purchased a preloaded eSIM on ubigi.com, we advise you to install it the day before or a few hours before your departure as long as you have an Internet connection (e.g. Wifi, connectivity of your local SIM card).
– If you are traveling by plane, we advise you to do the following two steps just before activating airplane mode on your device:
1/ Install your Ubigi eSIM
2/ Switch off data roaming of your primary line
3/ Activate airplane mode
When you arrive at your destination, make sure you switch on your Ubigi line for cellular data.
– When crossing a border to arrive in your destination country, we advise you to carry out the same two operations described above in order to be able to access Ubigi connectivity quickly and easily.
