Good news: you can use your Ubigi eSIM profile repeatedly for all your future travels!

When you return from your trip, you can simply deactivate the eSIM profile on your device (instructions available for : iPhone - Android). This will make the profile inactive until you need it again. When it’s time for your next trip, just reactivate the profile in your device settings following the same steps.

Once your eSIM profile is reactivated, open the Ubigi app and top up your account with a data plan for your upcoming trip. Upon arrival at your destination, your Ubigi connectivity will be ready to use immediately.

Note: The Ubigi eSIM profile is automatically terminated after 18 consecutive months of inactivity. To maintain unlimited validity, simply recharge your Ubigi account at least once within 18 months of your last use.
