If you get an error message when using a promo code when purchasing an eSIM profile on our website or when you top up your Ubigi account from the app:
When typing the code into the Promo Code field, make sure to:
– respect upper and lower case letters
– proofread carefully to avoid typing errors
– not to put any space(s) before or after the promo code
Also, each promo code may have a limited validity period, so make sure that the code is still valid (you will find this information on the email or information note received with that promo code).
