If you need to disable your Ubigi eSIM profile temporarily on your Android device when you travel or when you do not use it:
1 – On your device, go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager :
2 – For the Ubigi eSIM profile (NB: if you haven’t renamed it yet, the name “secondary” will appear), press the button in front of it to disable it (the button will then appear as grayed out)
Your Ubigi eSIM profile is now disabled.

We recommend you to never delete your Ubigi eSIM profile when you travel or when you do not use it as you can simply deactivate it as described above, until you need it again.
