First, check if the Ubigi eSIM profile is installed on your iPhone

Go to: settings > mobile data > under data plans: installed eSIM profile will appear as “Secondary” (or the name you renamed it).

If your eSIM profile is already installed, go to step 2.

If no eSIM is installed yet, go to Get started and follow instructions for your device.

If you deleted your eSIM profil, please follow instructions on this link.

Great connection
Great connection, tricky set up. I purchased my eSim at home for use in Lyon and Glasgow. Previously, I used ubigi in Japan. On both occasions (Japan and Europe) I had great service once I sorted out the connection process in the airport on arrival. It is not as simple as the blurb suggested. I now have my home eSim and TWO transatel eSim identities and my connection only worked when I selected both transatel eSim IDs. Does this suggest that if I use ubigi again, I will need a third ID?

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

You already have an eSIM in your cart.

Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
