Self Assistance - eSIM test the connection

At this step, test your Ubigi connectivity by opening the Ubigi app to check if the Ubigi cellular connection works:

If you already have a Ubigi account: you will be connected automatically to your account.

In case you do not have a Ubigi account yet, you will get the account creation page:

Fill in the fields and click on Create account.

Your account is now created and you will be automatically connected to it.

NB: In case you have followed all previous steps carefully and still cannot access your account or the account creation page, we invite you to contact our Customer Support for further help.

My experience was good but I have only one regret, you don't reimbourse people if we don't use all the data. It is difficult to anticipate how many data we are going to use. I paid for 10GB and I only used less than 3GB. Thank you to think about it

Heard about this eSIM and so glad I went either way it for my trip to Canada saved me so much money. Thought it was too good to be true but no definitely legit and £14 for a 30 day mobile use so much better than O2 wanting £7 a bloody call abroad and nice to come home without any mobile charges. I didn’t need 30 days but it was a no brainer and so easy to add and notify you when ending
