How to install my Ubigi eSIM profile on my device once I received the email with the QR code ?
Once the purchase is validated, you will receive an email with a QR code to hold & press, if allowed by your device. Otherwise, we advise you to scan the QR code with the smartphone or tablet on which you want to install Ubigi eSIM. Do not forget to check the SPAM folder in case you did not receive the email in your inbox.
After scanning the QR code, just click on the “Sign up” button in the email to create your Ubigi account and easily link your eSIM to it. From there, you’ll be able to track your data usage in real time, receive alert notifications, and top up easily whenever you need.
