How to get and use Ubigi?
To access the Ubigi connectivity and connect to Ubigi services, you must first be equipped with an eSIM compatible device that is also unlocked by your provider.
Once you made sure that your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked by the provider from which you bought it, you can install Ubigi on it in two different ways:
A/ You are travelling soon and you want to prepare your travel: buy an eSIM profile that includes the data plan of your choice for your next trip on our online catalogue.
You will then receive an email with a QR code to install your eSIM profile that include the data plan you purchased. Follow instructions here to complete your eSIM profile installation
B/ You are not travelling right now and just want to test the Ubigi eSIM profile: Install an eSIM profile from the Ubigi application directly and have a look on all our data plans and available services.
In both cases, you will be able to install your Ubigi eSIM profile directly on your device to have it ready-to-use for all your future trips.
