If you downloaded the eSIM profile through the Ubigi application but you deleted it or the installation was not successful, please contact our customer service to obtain the activation code of this eSIM profile you deleted /attempted to install. You can then follow next steps for a manual installation.
Go to the settings of your iPhone/iPad:
– Go to Mobile Data
– Go to ‘Add Data plan’.
– Press ‘Enter Details manually’.
– Retrieve the activation code from your Ubigi profile email and press ‘Next’.
– Press ‘Add Data plan’.
– You have the possibility to customize the name of your eSIM profile and then press ‘Continue’.
– Select the default number (we advise you to leave your main SIM card as default) then press ‘Continue’.
– Select the line to be used for iMessage and FaceTime (we advise you to keep the main line) and then press “Continue”.
– Select the mobile plan for mobile data, here ‘secondary’ your Ubigi profile then press ‘Done’.
Your profile is installed and activated.
