When you create your Ubigi account, we will send you a code to enter in the app to verify your email address.
If you did not receive the verification code by email:
1- Check that the entrered email address is typed correctly – If not, click on Edit to correct it. Then make sure to check the inbox linked to that email address
2- Check your Spam folder.
3- Make sure you have one of the following internet connections to receive your emails:
– your Local operator data connectivity
– or Ubigi connectivity with an active data plan
– or a Wi-Fi connection (excluding your car’s Wi-Fi)
