The Monthly Plan disappear from your Ubigi account (under My data plans tab) when:
– the credit card used for the monthly payment has expired and the renewal could not be done
– the payment for the renewal did not go through (ex: rejection from your bank, etc.)
– you cancelled the data plan manually earlier and it disappeared from your Ubigi account at the end of last renewal
But no worries! You can subscribe again to the same Monthly Plan and enter your (new) credit card details during the subscription process. Once validated, your new Monthly Plan will start right away.
