I currently have an eSIM from another provider. How do I make the switch?
eSIM compatible devices support several eSIM profiles at the same time, even if they are from different operators.
However, be aware that even if you have more than one, you can only use one at a time.
You can switch from one installed eSIM profile to another in the Settings of your device.

Strong and constant signal coverage
We bought the 30 days 25GB for our 17 days in Osaka, Kobe, Oita, Beppu, Wakayama and Kyoto. The signal coverage was strong even in the mountains and Seto Seas coasts. Usage is for Google Maps offline, social media and YouTube. Overall data consumed less than 8GB even with mobile Hotspot sharing with 2 devices.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
