I currently have an eSIM from another provider. How do I make the switch?
eSIM compatible devices support several eSIM profiles at the same time, even if they are from different operators.
However, be aware that even if you have more than one, you can only use one at a time.
You can switch from one installed eSIM profile to another in the Settings of your device.

Overall very good plan and works well all the time I am very impressed however the reason why I have marked down by 1 star is we had major connectivity issues on the first two days of our trip in Japan was a real problem getting around without the use of Google maps!!! They have replied to give us 50% off our next purchase but it was a major problem for us being in a country not knowing enough of the language not being able to use translate app.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
