Is it possible to use a physical SIM card and an eSIM at the same time on a device?
Yes, you may use both a physical SIM card and an eSIM card in a compatible device. To do that, you simply have to choose for each one if you want to use it for calls, SMS or data in the Settings of your device:
– iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data – Android : Settings > Connections > SIM card manager – Windows 10: Start > Settings > Cellular – Windows 11: Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile

I have received a good connection since I arrived at my destination, although it did not connect until a while later. There are few places where the connection is lost and sometimes leaves me blank. But very good service for someone like me, it stressed me out not having a data connection, although I must say that I got my children a prepaid chip and it was cheaper (10 €) and they have data and telephone connection

Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
