To cancel your Ubigi Monthly Plan, connect to your Ubigi account and go to:
– My data plans – On the Ubigi Monthly Plan you want to cancel, click on “Cancel my subscription” and “Confirm”: Your Ubigi Monthly Plan will appear as cancelled.
Note: If you cancelled this data plan in the middle of the validity period, you will be able to use the remaining data until the last day of your current renewal. After that, it will disappear from your Ubigi account.

I purchased unlimited data for Europe and my connection and speed was spectacular. I had no issues crossing from country to country and even in the most remote areas I was still able to use internet. I have the same experience in Istanbul when changing to Turkish plan. I would highly recommend to use Ubigi platform.

Easy to set up and use, good connection and no issues with tethering. Great selection of countries. If i had to pick a downside, it is that after 20gb on an "unlimited" plan, you trigger a fair use policy that caps your speed at 2gb.

Traveling party of six separated on way…
Traveling party of six separated on way to airport. Due to transportation problems, our party had to take separate transportation to Lisbon airport. Thanks to Ubigi we were able to stay in contact at all times and party met up at airport. In addition, throughout our 6 day trip we were able to stay in contact wherever we ventured in the city. Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
