How do I know that the payment of my eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan has been validated?

Once you have completed the purchase of your eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan on our website, you will receive :
a payment receipt by email
a Ubigi confirmation email with a QR code to install your eSIM profile

NB: in case you did not receive these emails on your email inbox, please make sure:
