How do I know that the payment of my eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan has been validated?
Once you have completed the purchase of your eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan on our website, you will receive :
– a payment receipt by email
– a Ubigi confirmation email with a QR code to install your eSIM profile, and a “Sign up” button to create your new Ubigi account and link your eSIM to it
NB: in case you did not receive these emails on your email inbox, please make sure:
– to check your SPAM folder
– check if you entered your email address correctly during the online order process
make sure you are using an Internet connection that allows your emails to be downloaded (i.e a Wi-Fi connection)
