What is included in Ubigi Unlimited data plans ?
Ubigi Unlimited data plans let you stay connected without worrying about running out of data. You can use the Internet as much as you want during your plan’s validity (daily, weekly, or monthly), with no hidden charges.
To ensure fair usage for all customers, our Unlimited data plans include a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This means you enjoy full-speed data up to a certain threshold, after which your connection speed is reduced. For example:
– On a 7-day plan, speeds are reduced to 1 Mbps after about 15GB to 25GB of usage, depending on the country
– On a 30-day plan, speeds are reduced to 1 Mbps after about 60GB of usage, depending on the country
This policy helps maintain high-quality service for everyone on the network. In practice, most users won’t even notice any change, as our thresholds are designed to accommodate typical travel and usage patterns (messaging, social media, streaming, browsing, video calls, etc.).
With Ubigi, “unlimited” truly means no restrictions on how much data you can use, only that after a very generous allowance, speeds may be slightly reduced to ensure fair access for all.
