I want to put another credit card for the payment of my Ubigi Monthly Plan, how can I do it?
The credit card details cannot be changed directly on the Ubigi Monthly Plan you benefit from, so you need to cancel it manually beforehand on your Ubigi account.
Once cancelled, you can subscribe to the same Ubigi Monthly Plan again (or another one) and enter your new (or other) credit card details during the subscription process.
NB: to avoid a double fee charged for the same period, ensure that you do the new subscription at the end of the current renewal period you benefit from (⊠and if it happens, you will benefit from a double data plan on that same period đ).

bag at installatio process
I tried to make same Ubigi eSIM ta mu wife`s iphone.
However it did not work due to bag at ordering process and I gave up it and install competitor's wihtout my wishes.
Please solve this bag immidiatelly.

Very good price for very good mobile connectivity.
The eSIM provided a highly cost-effective mobile data service for me during my stay in Switzerland. Connectivity was always given, and the connection was fast.
What did not immediately work was the installation on my iPhone: clicking on the link in the mail did not provide the installation. However, sending the graphical code image to another person traveling with me, and then scanning it with my camera on the phone, worked immediately to install the eSIM.

Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to âNetwork & Internetâ â If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. â If you see âNo SIM restrictionsâ, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. â If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
