To cancel your Ubigi Monthly Plan, connect to your Ubigi account and go to:
– My data plans – On the Ubigi Monthly Plan you want to cancel, click on “Cancel my subscription” and “Confirm”: Your Ubigi Monthly Plan will appear as cancelled.
Note: If you cancelled this data plan in the middle of the validity period, you will be able to use the remaining data until the last day of your current renewal. After that, it will disappear from your Ubigi account.

The best for high speed connection and reliability in Japan
I was traveling with a friend who decided to use their home plan for internet while I used Ubigi. Almost every time I had A 5G connection my companions only had an LTE Connection. Great coverage and great connection speeds everywhere I went in Japan and I never lost any connection.

Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
