Great app, but lacks clarity on EU roaming
The app clearly displays how much data I’ve used, and the connection was excellent. I traveled from Japan to Portugal and primarily used it there, but I also needed to use it briefly during my layover at a German airport. I assumed the plan would cover the entire EU, but it didn't work in Germany. This meant I had to purchase a separate plan just for my short stay at the airport. It would have been much better if the website or app clearly stated whether the plan covers the whole EU or is restricted to specific countries at the time of purchase.

It was the first time using an e-sim and at the end it was a good experience.
The reason for 4 stars is that I had difficulties with making the e-sim work. The installation was no problem but I had to arrange those APN. At the end I managed it but not with the help of Ubigi which was provided actually via AI.

Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
