Easy to purchase and set up. Travelled to Singapore and Malaysia and got the Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand eSim. At times when it stopped working, restarting the phone usually fixed things. Occassionally spotty connection but unsure if due to the eSim or the local connection itself.

I used to use a different eSIM.
Although the other one was a bit cheaper than Ubigi, it was much more complicated to activate the eSIM once I landed in Japan.
Comparing to the other one, Ubigi was very simple and so easy to activate!
I definitely recommend Ubigi to my friends!
It would be better if the price becomes more competitive to the other one:)

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
