Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a QR code. If your device allows it, you can press and hold the QR code to begin the installation. Otherwise, we recommend scanning the QR code with the smartphone or tablet where you want to install your Ubigi eSIM. Don’t forget to check your SPAM or Junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
After scanning the QR code, click the “Sign Up” button in the email to create your Ubigi account and link your eSIM to it. Once linked, you can track your data usage in real time, receive alert notifications, and top up your account whenever needed.
Important: QR codes are only sent for first-time eSIM purchases made through the Ubigi website. They are not sent for top-ups or purchases made via the Ubigi app. If you purchase a data plan through the app, you can install the eSIM directly from the app without using a QR code.
