How do I install my Ubigi eSIM profile on my device after receiving the email with the QR code?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a QR code. If your device allows it, you can press and hold the QR code to begin the installation. Otherwise, we recommend scanning the QR code with the smartphone or tablet where you want to install your Ubigi eSIM. Don’t forget to check your SPAM or Junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
After scanning the QR code, click the “Sign Up” button in the email to create your Ubigi account and link your eSIM to it. Once linked, you can track your data usage in real time, receive alert notifications, and top up your account whenever needed.
Important: QR codes are only sent for first-time eSIM purchases made through the Ubigi website. They are not sent for top-ups or purchases made via the Ubigi app. If you purchase a data plan through the app, you can install the eSIM directly from the app without using a QR code.

Ubigi eSIM. I am always a little cautious when using a new eSIM that I’v not tried before. Would it live up to the promise? I have to say so far so good. Excellent connection in Switzerland with good data download on my iPhone 15. The Ubigi app works well and it shows the rate of data usage. The price is good and very competitive. Most of the time it worked pretty well
Most of the time it worked pretty well; I had unlimited data for both Norway and Sweden, for one month each. However, I didn't have internet for two days in Norway and one day in Sweden, even though the signal was very strong.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
