To cancel your Ubigi Monthly Plan, connect to your Ubigi account and go to:
– My data plans – On the Ubigi Monthly Plan you want to cancel, click on “Cancel my subscription” and “Confirm”: Your Ubigi Monthly Plan will appear as cancelled.
Note: If you cancelled this data plan in the middle of the validity period, you will be able to use the remaining data until the last day of your current renewal. After that, it will disappear from your Ubigi account.

One of the cheapest eSIM companies by far but they don’t mean they compromise on quality i used ubigi while I was in London recently and my experience was all positive I had zero issues and it was so easy to use connection was so easy it didn’t feel like I was in another country at all

Worked well everywhere in Japan - Tokyo, takayama, shirakawago, Kyoto, Osaka, Disney resorts, Mishima, Fuji kawaguchiko and in South Korea - Seoul, Gyeongju, Busan etc… very happy with service. I used the regional one best Asia- South Korea China Japan 25gb for 30 days, my data finished earlier though but I bought another 25 gb data as it was on 50% off for me referring to friends and family.

Easy and always reliable - great travel partner
I've used Ubigi several times for international travel and the experience has been great. I've used their eSIMs in Italy, Singapore and now Bali without issues.
Customer support is excellent.
I've given 4 stars as there is one feature missing that would get them to 5 stars:
- Ability to create multiple eSIM profiles so that I can purchase multiple plans in the same country and assign them to individual eSIMs for my family. At the moment, you have to create separate profiles.

Installation process can be tricky
Set up process/installation can be tricky. I was have to update the system on my phone, only then the eSIM started to work. I think Ubigi have to tell the customers about this possibility. I didn't know at first and spent a lot of time trying to connect with customer support to resolve the issue. If I knew in advance, everything would be much more smoother.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
