I bought a Ubigi eSIM profile but I lost my phone. What should I do with the eSIM profile?

The QR code you received to install your Ubigi eSIM profile must be activated within 6 months after your purchase. This means that if you lose your phone before having scanned it, you can still complete the installation later with your new/another eSIM compatible device.

This was a great decision by son took…
This was a great decision by son took and before I started my travels he added Ubigi eSIM it has been working everywhere I go. I visited london and as soon as I landed it started working them Milan and then Amsterdam. So brilliant I would suggest and insist that you all use this while u travel. Good job Ubigi👌🏼

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

You already have an eSIM in your cart.

Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
