Customer support was good and responsive, and I was eventually able to use the service successfully. However, I found the system itself somewhat difficult to understand.
During my stay in Indonesia, I used a large amount of data and eventually ran out near the end of my trip. When I tried to purchase additional data from Indonesia, I encountered problems related to SMS verification and authentication across countries, which made the process quite difficult.
Overall, the service worked, and the support was helpful, but the user experience could be improved, especially for heavy data users who may need to add more data while traveling abroad.

So easy to use. With my carrier I would have paid around $200.00 Canadian dollars (Koodo), with this cellular service I paid around $20.00. We went to Switzerland for 20 days, when we got on the aircraft I made the switch selection on my phone with no problem, when we landed in Zurich it up dated automatically, I have not lost service once, I would use this again.

Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
