If you don’t need to use your Ubigi eSIM for a while, don’t delete it. A deactivation is enough so that you can easily turn it on again and purchase a new plan when you need data connectivity again.
It is like ‘pausing’ Ubigi and it has no effect on your other device settings.
How to turn off your Ubigi profile on IOS
On your iPhone/iPad:
1 – go to Settings
2 – tap Mobile Data
3 – In the “Data plans” section, select the data plan (=eSIM profile), here it should be “Ubigi” (or “Secondary” if it was not renamed during the activation process)
4 – Deselect “Turn on this line”.
How to turn off your Ubigi profile on Android
1 – Go to your phone’s Settings app.
2 – Tap Connections
3 – Select Mobile Network
4 – Tap SIM card manager
5 – Select Ubigi
6 – Set the button at the top to OFF
For Google Pixel:
1 – Open your phone’s Settings app.
2 – Tap Network & internet/Mobile network
3 – Select the eSIM you want to deactivate
4 –Set the button to OFF
