You have received your Ubigi QR code by email and now need to install it on your device, follow our step by step installation guide below:
– Press and hold the QR code received by email if your device allows it or simply scan it – A pop-up will appear at the top of the screen, click on it – Tap on “continue” and “add data plan” in the following screens – Rename the new plan as Ubigi to find it more easily – Select your local carrier for FaceTime & iMessage, – You’ll be able to use your Ubigi data for iMessage, but as your Ubigi line does not have a phone number – you can share, it is not necessary to associate it to your Apple ID – Select Ubigi for Mobile Data – Do not allow Mobile Data Switching – you would risk roaming on your local carrier

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
